I LOVE ham with funeral pototaes. It is scrupmtous anytime of the year.
32 oz. bag frozen hash browns, shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped onion
Combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, onion and butter and put in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the top. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings so half it if you want a smaller version.
